高钍体系中微量铀的ICP-MS法测定

摘要 建立了准确测定高钍体系中微量铀的方法。用CL-TBP萃淋树脂分离铀、钍,用5moL/L盐酸溶液淋洗钍,12mL水(相对1g树脂)淋洗铀,淋洗剂流速1.0mL/min,淋洗液定容至25mL;用187Re作内标元素,以ICP-MS法测定铀。结果表明:方法加标回收率在96.4%~108%之间,相对标准偏差为2.73%(n=6),测定铀的检出限为6.0ng/L;方法准确可靠,满足工艺要求。 A method of rapid and accurate determination for uranium in high content thorium system was established.Uranium and thorium were separated by CL-TBP resins.Thorium was washed using HCl solution of 5 mol/L,and Uranium was eluted using 12 mL H 2O with the speed of 1.0 mL/min then diluted to 25 mL.Using 187 Re as the internal standard element,uranium in the solution was detected by ICP-MS.The results show that the recovery of standard addition is 96.4%~108%with RSD of 2.73%(n=6),and the detection limit of uranium is 6.0 ng/L.The method can be used during extraction uranium from monazite ore with accurate and reliable for detecting of uranium in high content thorium.
