长距离顺槽掘进胶带输送机优化设计 被引量:3

摘要 胶带输送机广泛应用于煤矿井下顺槽掘进主运输系统中,由于受到驱动电机功率限制,通常运距只有1000m,在长距离顺槽掘进过程中,安装多部胶带机不仅增加人工成本,而且多电机运转增加了能耗。为此,从胶带输送机的结构、性能方面展开研究,分析了应用工况及存在问题。结合掘进巷道的地质条件和实际情况,对整个运输系统进行了优化分析;主要从设备选型和安装布置2个方面进行了优化;并对运输能力校验及经济效益展开详细核算。在掘进长距离顺槽过程中,优化设计胶带输送机的安装布置不仅能够取得经济效益,达到减员降耗的目的,而且变频软启动胶带输送机的广泛应用也提高了运输效率。 The belt conveyor is widely used in the main transportation system of underground coal mine.Due to the power limitation of the driving motor,the transportation distance is usually only 1000m.In the long-distance tunneling process,installing multiple belt conveyors not only increases labor costs,but also increases power consumption.By analyzing the structure and performance of the belt conveyor,and combining with the geological conditions of the roadway,the whole transportation system was optimized from the aspect of equipment selection and installation layout of belt conveyor.In the driving process of long-distance crossheading,the optimized belt conveyor not only improves the economic efficiency,but also improves the transportation efficiency by the application of frequency conversion soft start.
