改良前外侧入路结合锁定加压钢板固定治疗胫骨平台后外侧骨折患者的疗效观察 被引量:3

Observation on Curative Effect of Modified Anterolateral Approach Combined with Locking Compression Plate Fixation in the Treatment of Patients with Posterolateral Tibial Plateau Fracture

摘要 目的观察改良前外侧入路结合锁定加压钢板固定治疗胫骨平台后外侧骨折患者的疗效。方法选取我院2016年11月至2018年11月收治的76例胫骨平台后外侧骨折患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各38例。对照组采用传统前外侧入路治疗,观察组采用改良前外侧入路结合锁定加压钢板固定治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果与对照组比较,观察组的手术时间、切口愈合时间较短,术中出血量较少,术后膝关节屈曲度、膝关节伸直度及HSS评分均改善(P均<0.05)。观察组的治疗优良率为97.37%,明显高于对照组的81.58%(P <0.05)。结论改良前外侧入路结合锁定加压钢板固定治疗胫骨平台后外侧骨折疗效显著,可有效改善患者的膝关节功能,值得临床推广。 Objective To observe the curative effect of modified anterolateral approach combined with locking compression plate fixation in the treatment patients with posterolateral tibial plateau fracture. Methods 76 cases of patients with posterolateral tibial plateau fracture admitted to our hospital from November 2016 to November 2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 38 cases in each group. The control group received traditional anterolateral approach, while the observation group received modified anterolateral approach combined with locking compression plate fixation. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the operation time and incision healing time of the observation group were shorter, the intraoperative blood loss was less, and the knee flexion, knee extension and HSS score after operation were improved(all P <0.05). The excellent and good rate to treatment of the observation group was 97.37%, significantly higher than 81.58% of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions Modified anterolateral approach combined with locking compression plate fixation in the treatment of posterolateral tibial plateau fracture has significant effect, can significantly improve patients’ knee joint function, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
