考虑流固耦合作用的承船厢结构自振特性分析 被引量:4

摘要 升船机承船厢在工作时,为避免发生流激振动现象,需探究水体流动性对系统自振特性的影响,通过应用三种不同方法考虑厢内水体与船厢结构的流固耦合作用,进行多种模型下承船厢自振特性的对比分析,了解承船厢结构在考虑流固耦合作用下动力特性的变化规律.结果表明:承船厢结构低阶振型对应的自振频率与水流脉动频率均有重合,在船舶进出船厢前的充泄水流的激励下有可能引发结构的整体振动.此结果可为承船厢结构的自振特性分析提供参考. In order to avoid the flow-induced vibration phenomenon,the influence of water fluidity on the natural vibration characteristics of the system is studied when the ship lift is working. By using three different methods to consider the fluid-structure interaction effect between the water in the ship lift chamber and ship lift chamber structure,the comparative analysis of the natural vibration characteristics of the ship lift chamber structure under various models is carried out to research the dynamic characteristics of the ship lift chamber structure under the fluid-structure interaction effect. The results show that the natural frequencies corresponding to the low-order vibration modes of the structure coincide with the frequency of water flow pulsation,and the overall vibration of the structure may be induced under the excitation of the filling and discharging water before the ship enters and exits the ship lift chamber,which are able to provide a reference for the analysis of the natural vibration characteristics of the ship lift chamber structure.
