摘要
在我国广州市、上海市和北京市等超大城市边缘区分布着数量众多的小城镇。依托良好的区位优势,这些小城镇的产业经济、基础设施和环境建设随着大城市的发展扩张而得到迅速的发展。进入新时代,诸多城市的发展模式转变为内涵式增长模式,随着城市功能外溢,如何使这些机遇转变为城镇未来发展的动力,是当下各小城镇发展面临的课题。《广州市白云区太和镇发展规划(2015—2025 年)》抓住广州市发展转型的契机,结合自身的发展现状和困境,制定了空间、产业、交通、服务、设施和景观方面的“六大计划、百个项目”规划方案,对探讨城乡边缘区的小城镇发展具有重要的理论和实践意义。
There are numerous small towns around metropolises such as Guangzhou, Shanghai, and Beijing. With their privileged locations, these small towns have developed rapidly in terms of economy, infrastructure, and environment. In the new era, urban development have transferred from expansive to quality growth. Taihe town development plan (2015-2025) deals with impact of of Guangzhou urban development transition, analyzes its own problems, and makes a “six programs, hundred projects” proposal including space, industry, transportation, service, infrastructure, and landscape. It is conducive to the development of small towns near metropolis in both theory and practice.
