摘要
目的探讨不同教学法实施在中医住院医师规范化培训中的价值。方法对本医院规范化培训的40名参加中医住培本科学历住院医师予以项目研究,选取时间为2015年1月1日-2016年12月31日,以随机数字表法分组,每组20名住院医师,观察组(采取临床路径教学法)、对照组(采取普通临床带教法),比较两组指标。结果观察组中医住院医师的理论考试得分值优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组中医住院医师培训6个月后、培训完成后的技能考核得分值优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组中医住院医师理论考试结果、技能考核结果、中医人文知识考试结果优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组标准化病人复诊之后满意状况优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在中医住院医师规范化培训过程中采用临床路径教学法存在重要意义。
Objective To explore the value of different teaching methods in the standardized training of TCM residents.Methods A project study was conducted on 40 resident doctors with bachelor’s degree in residential training of traditional Chinese medicine who participated in standardized training in our hospital.The selected time was January 1,2015 to December31,2016.The patients were divided into two groups by random number table,20 residents in each group,the observation group(adopting clinical pathway teaching method)and the control group(adopting general clinical teaching method),and the indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical test scores of residents in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The scores of skill assessment in the observation group were better than those in the control group after 6 months’training(P<0.01).The results of theoretical examination,skill examination and humanistic knowledge examination of TCM residents in the observation group were better than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.01).The satisfaction of standardized patients in the observation group was better than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion It is of great significance to adopt clinical pathway teaching method in the process of standardized training of resident doctors of traditional Chinese medicine.
