摘要
以西门子S7-200系列PLC为控制器设计化肥传送检测系统.文章首先对系统的设计需求进行了阐述;其次设计了系统的硬件机构,主要包含直流电机、化肥送料盘、光电传感器等部分;最后对系统的软件编译思路、I/O地址分配及功能实现进行了设计分析.本系统能够实现对农产品种植袋装化肥传送满载和空载状态的检测,为进一步的化肥抓取运输工作提供依据,具有一定的先进性.
the chemical fertilizer transmission detection system was designed with Siemens s7 - 200 series PLC as the controller. Firstly,the design requirements of the system are described. Secondly,the hardware mechanism of the system is designed,mainly including dc motor,fertilizer feeding plate and photoelectric sensor. At last,the soft-ware compiling idea,I /O address allocation and function realization of the system are designed and analyzed. This system can realize the detection of full load and no - load state of fertilizer delivery in farm produce bags,and pro-vide basis for further fertilizer capture and transportation.
