摘要
电弧炉熔炼的节能措施,是一直以来在熔炼技术中想要实现的一种目标,室电弧炉以及感应电炉是炼钢的重要设备,电弧炉熔炼的有点是炉渣会参与到冶金反应,同时可以对硫化氢和磷化物进行有效的去除,对原材料没有太高的要求,可以用废钢以及回炉料来作为炉料。电弧炉熔炼可以让钢水的质量得到更好的保障,在电弧炉熔炼的实际生产中,如何实现有效的节能,是非常重要的问题。以往在电弧炉熔炼生产中,其实只有57%的能量用来熔炼,其他的能量被浪费,本文分析的是电弧炉熔炼的一些节能措施。
the energy saving measures of electric arc furnace smelting,is always in the smelting technology to achieve a goal,electric arc furnace and induction furnace is an important device of steel making,electric arc furnace smelting of have a little slag is involved in the metallurgical reaction,as well as to remove hydrogen sulfide and phosphide,not too high requirements for raw materials,can use scrap steel and foundry return as a burden.The quality of molten steel can be better guaranteed by arc furnace smelting.In the past,only 57%of the energy in the eaf smelting production was actually used for smelting,and other energy was wasted.This paper analyzes some energy-saving measures of eaf smelting.
