摘要
近些年,随着我国高校毕业生流动党员数量的逐年增多,高校毕业生流动党员的教育管理工作已经变得越来越重要,并已逐渐成为当前我国各高校学生党建工作的重点和难点工作。受多种主客观因素的影响,当前我国各高校毕业生流动党员的教育管理工作中还普遍存在一些突出问题亟需科学、有效地解决。本文将在重点分析研究当前我国各高校毕业生流动党员教育管理工作中普遍存在的突出问题及原因基础上,科学探讨如何合理、有效地构建高校毕业生流动党员教育管理模式,通过实践推广应用以达到促进我国各高校毕业生流动党员教育管理工作科学可持续发展的目的。
in recent years,with the increasing number of floating party members of college graduates in China,the educational management of floating party members of college graduates has become more and more important,and has gradually become the focus and difficult work of party building for students in colleges and universities in China.Due to the influence of various subjective and objective factors,there are still some outstanding problems in the education management of floating party members of college graduates in China that need to be solved scientifically and effectively.Based on the analysis of the outstanding problems and reasons in the education management of floating Party members among the college graduates in China,this paper will discuss how to construct the education management model of floating Party members in a reasonable and effective way.To promote the scientific and sustainable development of the education management of floating Party members among college graduates through practice and application.
