摘要
学前教育质量保障体系的建立,主要是对学前教育的水平和内涵进行全面提升,最终满足学前教育改革与发展要求。本文根据以往工作经验,对学前教育质量保障体系中存在的问题进行总结,并从建立完善的课程保障组织机构、实施针对性的师资培训、注重课程文化的形成、对课程实施的各个环节进行完善四方面,论述了建立幼儿园课程质量保障体系架构的具体方法。
the establishment of the preschool education quality guarantee system is mainly to improve the level and connotation of preschool education,and finally to meet the requirements of preschool education reform and development.Based on previous work experience,this paper summarizes the existing problems in the quality assurance system of preschool education,and makes improvements in four aspects:establishing a perfect curriculum support organization,implementing targeted teacher training,paying attention to the formation of curriculum culture,and improving various links in curriculum implementation.This paper discusses the concrete method of establishing the quality guarantee system of kindergarten curriculum.
