摘要
蒸汽作为一种常见的能量传递介质,在石油、化工、制药、纺织、烟草、民用供热等领域具有广泛应用。准确计量蒸汽干度能够帮助企业及时掌握用能情况、合理配热,提高生产效率,降低成本,强化管理水平。蒸汽干度研究一直是国内外学术热点,多年来设计出多种测量方法并进行实践验证。目前主流的蒸汽干度测量方法分为热力学、非热力学和数学模型法三大种类,本文主要对蒸汽干度计量方法的原理和特点进行分析研究。
As a common energy transfer medium, steam is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, textile, tobacco and civil heating. Accurate measurement of steam dry degree can help enterprises to timely grasp the application of energy, reasonable heat distribution, improve production efficiency, reduce cost and strengthen management level. The research of steam dry degree has been a hot topic in China and abroad. At present, the main steam dry degree measurement methods are divided into three categories: thermodynamics, non-thermodynamics and mathematical model. In this paper, the principle and characteristics of the measurement method of steam dryness are analyzed.
