摘要
教育事业影响社会建设的效果,而党务工作影响学校整体的发展态势与能力,需要对党务工作的开展进行思考。当前,小学在实施党务工作时存在创新意识较差以及经费不足等问题,不利于党务工作的有效开展。小学应该思考怎样提升党务工作的科学性,强化小学整体的教育能力。为此,本文思考小学实施党务工作的现状,分析小学实施党务工作的目标以及提升党务工作效率的方法。希望本次研究能为党务工作的开展提供一些借鉴。
Education has an impact on the effectiveness of social construction.While party work affects the overall development trend and ability of the school,it needs to think about the development of party affairs.At present,primary schools have problems such as poor innovation awareness and insufficient funds when implementing party affairs,which is not conducive to the effective development of party affairs.Primary schools should think about how to improve the scientific nature of party work and strengthen the overall educational ability of primary schools.To this end,this paper considers the current situation of the implementation of party affairs in primary schools,analyzes the objectives of implementing party affairs in primary schools and the ways to improve the efficiency of party work.I hope this study can provide some reference for the development of party affairs.
