基于两株菌的复合菌处理油田采出水效果评价 被引量:5

摘要 为了降低油田采出水中聚丙烯酰胺和石油烃质量浓度,提高采出水处理效果,将石油烃降解菌株D与聚丙烯酰胺降解菌株H进行复配,考察了复合菌接种量、复配比例对聚丙烯酰胺和石油烃的降解效果。结果表明:在合成培养基中,当复合菌接种量体积分数为5%时,降解效果最好;在此基础上,当D和H的复配比例为3∶1和3∶2时,7d聚丙烯酰胺降解率分别为57.79%和60.76%,石油烃降解率分别为70.39%和65.05%,这两个复配比例时,复合菌处理效果均优于单菌的处理效果;在应用于油田采出水处理时,当复配比例为3∶1和3∶2时,7d聚丙烯酰胺降解率分别为50.51%和54.26%,石油烃降解率分别为64.24%和66.18%,降解效果均较好且复配比例3∶2时降解效果优于3∶1时降解效果。当复配比例为3∶2、复合菌接种量体积分数为5%时,应用于油田采出水处理,聚丙烯酰胺和石油烃降解效果最佳。 In order to reduce the mass concentrations of the polyacrylamide & petroleum hydrocarbon in the oilfield produced water and improve the water treated effect, Degradation Strain D of the petroleum hydrocarbon and Degradation Strain H of the polyacrylamide were combined, the degradation effects of the inoculation quantity and compatibility ratio to the polyacrylamide and petroleum hydrocarbon were investigated.The results show that the degradation effects are the best when the inoculation volume fraction of the compound bacterium is 5% in the synthetic culture medium;the degradation rates of 7 d polyacrylamide is 57.79% and 60.76% respectively when the ratios of D to H are 3∶1 and 3∶2, while the degradation rates of the petroleum hydrocarbon are 70.39% and 65.05% respectively.For the two compatibility ratios, the treated effects of both compound bacteria are better than that of mono bacteria;when the compound bacteria are used for the oilfield water treatment, the degradation rates of 7 d polyacrylamide are 50.51% and 54.26% respectively, when the compatibility ratios are 3∶1 and 3∶2, while the degradation rates of the petroleum hydrocarbon are 64.24% and 66.18% respectively, the degraded effects of them are much better and moreover the latter is better than the former.When the ratio is 3∶2 and the inoculation volume fraction of the compound bacteria is 5%, the degraded effects of both the polyacrylamide and petroleum hydrocarbon are the best when applied in the oilfield water treatment.
