摘要 文章旨在设计一个图书馆学专业课程模型,以解决国内图书馆学专业人才就业市场和高校人才培养方案之间不对称的情况。文章以图书馆学专业为例,根据i School教育理念,即信息、技术、人,分析国内图书馆学专业人才招聘信息及高校本科生课程开设情况,并剖析这三者在其中的具体指向,以此了解图书馆学专业人才就业市场对毕业生的能力要求与图书馆学专业培养方案之间的差距。综合分析后发现,国内图书馆学专业就业市场更需要复合性信息专业人才,而高校培养方案较为重视对专业知识技能的培养。文章的创新在于,结合国内实际情况,以i School教育理念为基础,构建一个适用于国内图书馆学教育发展的课程模型。 This paper aims to design a library science curriculum model to solve the asymmetry situation between the domestic employment market and university course. This paper takes library science as an example. Taking three key factors of the iSchool education concept, namely information, technology and people, into consideration,it makes an analysis of domestic library science recruitment information and undergraduate course setting,and the specific directionality of these three factors are,aiming to make clear the gap between the job market’s requirements for graduates and the program setting for library science. After the comprehensive analysis, it is found out that domestic library science professional employment market needs more comprehensive information professionals,while the university training program should pay more attention to the cultivation of professional knowledge and skills. Based on the actual situations in China as well as the iSchool education concept,it tries to construct a curriculum model which is suitable for the development of library science education in China.
