摘要
近年来随着石油化工生产装置规模的不断扩大,具有优异抗氢腐蚀性能的2.25Cr-1Mo材料被广泛用于临氢厚壁压力容器之中。但是该材料若长期使用在315~595℃的温度范围内,由于其自身强度高,淬硬倾向大,易产生氢致裂纹。通过对某公司引进的1台400 kt/a合成氨装置二手设备123C合成塔出口气/锅炉给水换热器上管箱与管板环焊缝裂纹的修复,将在裂纹修复过程中所掌握的2.25Cr-1Mo材料的焊接、热处理技术进行了总结。
Recently, with the expansion of petrochemical unit scale, 2.25Cr-1Mo steel, which has excellent feature in anticorrosion from hydrogen, has been applied in thick wall pressure vessel involving with hydrogen medium. But the hydrogen induced crack may be occurred in this material if it was used within temperature scope of 315~595 ℃ due to its high strength and easy hardening with quenching. In this article, exampled with the repairing the cracks occurred in the hoop welding between channel and tubesheet in a gas – boiler feeding water heat exchanger imported, the techniques of welding and heat treatment for 2.25Cr-1Mo steel were summarized, which may be referenced for engineering practices.
