摘要
陶瓷行业的快速发展带来了陶瓷废料污染问题。对如何合理综合利用陶瓷废料,很多人做了大量的研究。本文通过总结,得出一些有用的结论:(1)虽然抛光废渣的成分波动比较大,但只要建立标准分类陶瓷抛光废渣,并根据不同类型的抛光废渣设计不同的配方,能使产品性能保持稳定。(2)SiC的粒度会影响发泡反应速率进而影响孔结构,因此,要做好对球磨后粒度的管控。(3)由于动力学原因,SiC的发泡反应开始温度为880℃。
The rapid development of ceramics industry has brought the problem of ceramic waste pollution. Many people have done a lot of research on how to use ceramic waste. In this paper,some useful conclusions are drawn by summarizing:(1)Although the composition of polishing slag fluctuates greatly,as long as the standard classification of ceramic polishing slag is established,and different formulations are designed according to different types of polishing slag,the product performance can be maintained stable.(2) SiC particle size will affect the foaming reaction rate and pore structure.Therefore,it is necessary to control the particle size after ball milling.(3) Due to the kinetics,the starting temperature of SiC foaming reaction is 880℃.
