摘要
采用质性研究法探究既有住宅建筑节能改造业主内源动力影响因素,为业主内源动力的提升提供理论依据。通过深入访谈和收集相关资料进行实质性分析,系统提炼影响业主内源动力的6个主范畴:政策环境、市场环境、企业环境、节能改造意愿、个体责任感和节能改造行为,并构建既有住宅建筑节能改造业主内源动力影响因素理论模型。结果表明:政策环境、市场环境和企业环境是业主内源动力形成的外部驱动变量,节能改造意愿、个体责任感是业主内源动力形成的内在驱动变量,且这些因素通过中介因素节能改造行为作用于业主内源动力的形成过程。
The qualitative research method was used to explore the influencing factors of the endogenous power of the owner’s energy-saving renovation of residential buildings,and to provide the theoryetical basis for the improvement of the owner’s internal power.Through in-depth interviews and the collection of relevant materials for the substantive analysis,the system refined the six main areas that affected the owner’s internal motivation: Policy environment,market environment,corporate environment,willingness to reform energy,individual responsibility and energy-saving transformation behavior,and constructed a theoretical model of the influencing factors of the internal source of the existing residential building energy-saving renovation. The results showed that the policy environment,market environment and enterprise environment were the external driving variables of the owner’s internal motivation. The willingness to save energy and the sense of individual responsibility were the internal driving variables of the owner’s internal dynamics,and these factors acted on the formation process of the owner’s endogenous power through the intermediary factor energy-saving transformation behavior.
