摘要
目的探究分析个体化健康教育对提升小儿哮喘的治疗依从性以及治疗效果。方法选取我院在2016年2月至2017年12月期间所收治的共计200名小儿哮喘患者作为研究对象,按照随机分配方式分为对照组和观察组,两组患者均采用药物治疗,对照组采用随机健康教育模式,观察组则实施个性化健康教育模式。结果两组患者实施治疗和健康教育后,从治疗依从性、哮喘知识掌握程度、疾病复发的次数方面观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在当前针对小儿哮喘患者来说,实施个体化健康教育工作能够有效的提升患儿的疾病治疗依从性,达到控制哮喘疾病的目的和效果。
Objective To explore the effect of individualized health education on improving the compliance of children with asthma. Methods a total of 200 children with asthma in our department in February 2016 -2017 December were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random distribution mode. The two groups were treated with drug treatment, the control group adopted the random health education model, and the observation group implemented the individualized health education model. Results after the treatment and health education of the two groups, the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05) from the treatment compliance, the degree of knowledge mastery of asthma and the number of relapse of the disease. Conclusions at present, the implementation of individualized health education can effectively improve the compliance of the children's disease treatment and achieve the purpose and effect of controlling the asthma.
