摘要
详细介绍了钙钛矿薄膜的各种制备方法,系统地探讨了各种制备工艺存在的优点和缺点。在此基础上,综述了大面积钙钛矿太阳电池的各种制备方法的国内外研究进展,并对钙钛矿太阳电池发展历程中的关键节点进行了总结。然后,结合当前的研究进展对钙钛矿太阳电池有待解决的关键性问题,如有毒金属的代替、电池的长期稳定性、大面积太阳电池制备的工艺难点等问题进行了逐一分析并提出了可能的解决方法。最后,对其发展前景进行了展望,希望进一步加深对钙钛矿太阳电池的了解,为今后研究高效、稳定的钙钛矿太阳电池打下坚实的基础。
Various preparation methods of the perovskite film are introduced in detail,and the advantages and disadvantages of various preparation processes are systematically discussed.On this basis,the domestic and abroad research progresses of various preparation methods of large-area perovskite solar cells are comprehensively expounded,and the key nodes in the development of perovskite solar cells are summarized.Then combined with the current research progresses,the key problems to be solved for perovskite solar cells,such as the replacement of toxic metals,the long-term stability of batteries and the process difficulties in the preparation of large-area solar cells,are analyzed one by one and some possible solutions are proposed.Finally,its development is prospected to further deepen the understanding of perovskite solar cells,laying a solid foundation for the future research on efficient and stable perovskite solar cells.
