探讨利用活动平行四边形框在乳腺小肿物超声定位的应用价值

The Application Value of Ultrasound Localization with Active Parallelogram Frame in Small Breast Masses

摘要 目的:研究利用活动平行四边形框置于皮肤行乳腺小肿物术前超声定位的应用价值。方法:选择需要行乳腺小肿物术前超声定位的病例60例,随机分成实验组30例,对照组30例。对照组采用描记肿物在体表的中心点位置,以"X"标记;实验组采用活动平行四边形框进行体表定位勾勒乳腺肿物在体表的完整投影。通过比较两组在术中开始切皮至切除肿物活检的时间;2.切口长度与切除肿块长径比值及出血量,行对照研究及统计学分析。结果:开始切皮至切除肿物活检时间:实验组为(20.50±7.50)min、对照组为(28.50±9.50)min;切口长度与切除肿块长径比值:实验组为(1.50±0.40)、对照组为(2.30±0.50);出血量:实验组为(17.50±7.50)、对照组为(19.00±4.00),以上指标均有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:利用活动平行四边形框在乳腺小肿物术前超声定位较精准,操作技术要求不高、减少乳腺区段切除范围,没有耗材成本,符合社保政策,尤其适合在基层医院推广应用。 Objective:To study the application value of active parallelogram frame placed in the skin for the ultrasound localization of small breast mass.Methods:Sixty patients with clinically breast localization required were randomly selected. Among them, 30 patients in the experimental group and the remaining 30 patients in the control group. The common body surface localization method was used in the control group, that is, only the center point position on the body surface of the small breast mass was marked with "X". The active parallelogram frame was used in the experimental group for body surface location to outline the complete projection of the breast mass on the body surface. By comparing the following indicators of the two groups during the operations: 1. The time from the skinning to biopsy excision;2. The ratio of incision length to the length of the resected mass;and 3. The amount of bleeding, the statistical analysis of these indicators were carried out.Results:The time from the skinning to biopsy excision were(20.50±.50) min in the experimental group and(28.50±.50) min in the control group. The ratios of incision length and the length of the resected mass in the experimental and control group were(1.50± 0.40) and(2.30±0.50), respectively. And bleeding volumes were(17.50±.50) in experimental group and(19.00± 4.00) in control group. These indicators were significantly different(P<0.01).Conclusion:The positioning of the localization method using the active parallelogram frame to outline the complete projection of the small breast masses on the body surface is more accurate. Also the operation technology of the method is not high, the extent of breast segment resection is reduced, and there is no consumables cost. More importantly, it is in line with the social security policy, especially suitable for promotion and application in primary hospitals.
