口腔种植修复治疗牙列缺损伴牙周炎对牙周指数及种植体存留的影响 被引量:23

Influence of dental implantation on periodontal index and implant retention in the treatment of dentition defect with periodontitis

摘要 目的分析口腔种植修复治疗牙列缺损伴牙周炎对牙周指数及种植体存留的影响。方法回顾性分析2017年6月至2018年5月聊城市第四人民医院收治的103例牙列缺损患者的临床资料,依据牙周健康与否将其分为两组,53例(种植体58颗)牙列缺损伴牙周炎患者设为观察组,50例(种植体54颗)牙周健康的牙列缺损患者设为对照组。入选者均接受口腔种植修复治疗。观察两组术后不同时点的牙周指数指标[菌斑指数(PLI)、牙周探诊深度(PD)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、牙龈乳头指数(PIS)]及种植体存留率。结果植入后1、6个月,两组PLI、SBI、PD、PIS比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);植入后6个月,两组种植体存留率比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论牙列缺损伴牙周炎患者接受口腔种植修复治疗可取得较为理想的近期疗效,牙周指数未出现明显变化,且不会增加种植体脱落率。 Objective To analyze the influence of dental implantation on periodontal index and implant retention in the treatment of dentition defect with periodontitis. Methods The clinical data of 103 patients with dentition defect who were treated in the Fourth People’s Hospital of Liaocheng from June 2017 to May 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. According to periodontal health, 53 patients (58 implants) with dentition defect complicated by periodontitis were set as observation group, while 50 dentition defect patients (54 implants) without periodontitis were set as control group. All the selected patients received dental implantation therapy. The periodontal indexes, including plaque index (PLI), periodontal depth (PD), gingival sulcus bleeding index (SBI), gingival papilla index (PIS), and implant retention rate were observed at different time points after operation in the two groups. Results PLI, SBI, PD and PIS of the two groups were not significantly different 1 month and 6 months after implantation (P>0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in implant retention rate between the two groups 6 months after implantation (P>0.05). Conclusions Dental implantation for patients with dental defect complicated by periodontitis has a relatively ideal short-term effect, by which periodontal index has no remarkable change and implant exfoliation rate will not increase.
