小牛血清去蛋白注射液联合阿托伐他汀治疗急性脑梗死的效果 被引量:1

Effect of calf serum deproteinized injection combined with atorvastatin on acute cerebral infarction

摘要 目的探讨小牛血清去蛋白注射液联合阿托伐他汀治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法选择2015年1月至2018年1月山西省侯马市人民医院神经内科治疗的80例急性脑梗死患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组40例。对照组患者给予小牛血清去蛋白注射液治疗,联合组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用阿托伐他汀治疗。比较两组患者神经缺损、生活能力、总体治疗效果、疾病相关参数与不良反应。结果观察组患者治疗后NIHSS评分低于对照组,ADL评分和总有效率高于对照组;治疗后总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、氧化修饰型低密度脂蛋白(Ox-LDL)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、D-二聚体(D-D)、血浆纤维蛋白原(FIB)、血红素氧合酶-1(HO-1)与神经胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)水平均低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、胰岛素样生长因子(IGF-1)、转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小牛血清去蛋白注射液联合阿托伐他汀治疗急性脑梗死疗效显著,安全性高,具有临床应用价值。 Objective To investigate the efficacy of calf serum deproteinized injection combined with atorvastatin on acute cerebral infarction. Methods Eighty patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Houma People’sHospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were randomly divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with calf serum deproteinized injection, and the combined group was treated with atorvastatin on the basis of the treatment in control group.The neurological deficits, viability, overall treatment outcome, disease-related parameters, and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, the National Institute of health stroke scale (NIHSS) scores were significantly lower than those in the control group;the activities of daily living (ADL) score and the total effective rate were significantly higher than those of the control group. After treatment, the levels of total cholesterol (TC), total triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), oxidized low density lipoprotein (Ox-LDL), C-reactive protein (CRP), D-dimer (D-D), fibrinogen (FIB), heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) and glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, while the levels of high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1), transforming growth factor β 1 (TGF-β 1) levels were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusions Calf serum deproteinized injection combined with atorvastatin is effective and safe in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction, and has clinical application value.
