大型航空复合材料承力构件制造关键技术 被引量:11

Research of Large Aviation and Loading-bearing Composite Components Manufacturing

摘要 大型飞机制造水平是国家综合实力的重要体现。大型飞机的研制作为我国建设创新型国家的标志性工程和重大战略决策,对经济、社会和国家安全意义极其重大。在我国发展大型飞机制造水平的大背景下,提高核心部件制造关键技术,为研制大型飞机提供技术储备至关重要。国家973计划项目"大型航空复合材料承力构件制造基础"围绕大型碳纤维树脂基复合材料航空承力构件制造过程中,预制件自动铺放与固化成型、高质量加工与低损伤装配、缺陷检测与承载评估等3个方面的基础科学理论与具体实施方案展开系统研究,取得了一系列重要研究成果,推动了我国大型航空复合材料承力构件制造水平的发展。本文从项目研究概况、关键研究进展、总结与展望3个方面进行论述。 The ability of developing large-aircraft is a significant symbol of comprehensive ability for a country. The development of large aircraft is a landmark project and a major strategic decision for China to build an innovative country,and it has a significant effect on economy,society and the security of the country. It is of vital importance to improve the manufacturing ability of core components and to provide technical storage under the circumstance of developing large aircraft in China. In response to this requirement,973 program entitled "Foundation of Large Aviation and Loadingbearing Composite Components Manufacturing ",centered on basic science theory and implementation plan of carbon fiber reinforced plastic component manufacturing in three critical points: automatic paving and preform curing,high quality processing and low damage assembling, defect detection and bearing evaluation. This program has achieved a series of major research outcomes and will accelerate the development of the manufacture ability of load-bearing composite component. This contribute presents an overview of this program,symbolic achievements and the summary of further researches.
