公共建筑混凝土自动搅拌状态实时监控方法研究

摘要 为提高混凝土自动搅拌的量化分析能力和实时监测能力,提出一种基于计算机视觉特征提取的公共建筑混凝土自动搅拌状态实时监控方法。采用视频监测和红外监测结合的方法,采集公共建筑混凝土自动搅拌现场视觉信息,提取视觉图像的边缘轮廓特征点,结合单目视觉三维重建方法,跟踪识别公共建筑混凝土自动搅拌状态,构建混凝土自动搅拌的三维视觉状态监测模型。计算混凝土自动搅拌状态实时监控的标准差、平均梯度与信息熵等图像特征信息,实现公共建筑混凝土自动搅拌状态实时监控优化。仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行公共建筑混凝土自动搅拌状态实时监控的可靠性较好,输出帧分辨力较强,具有很好的混凝土自动搅拌状态实时监控能力,提高了混凝土自动搅拌的自动化水平。 In order to improve the ability of quantitative analysis and real-time monitoring of automatic mixing of concrete,a real-time monitoring method of automatic mixing state of concrete in public buildings based on computer vision feature extraction is proposed.A real-time monitoring method for automatic mixing state of public building concrete based on computer vision feature extraction is proposed.The visual information of automatic mixing of public building concrete is sampled by the combination of video monitoring and infrared monitoring,and the edge contour feature points of the visual image of automatic mixing state of public building concrete are extracted.Combined with the monocular visual 3D reconstruction method,the public building concrete automatic mixing state tracking identification is carried out,the 3D visual state monitoring model of con Crete automatic mixing is constructed,and the standard deviation of real-time monitoring of concrete automatic mixing state is calculated.Image feature information such as average gradient and information entropy are used to realize real-time monitoring and optimization of automatic mixing state of public building concrete.The simulation results show that this method has good reliability,strong resolution of output frame and good real-time monitoring ability of automatic mixing state of public building concrete.
