摘要
随着国家健康中国战略的实施,要求全面建立中国特色基本医疗卫生制度,乡镇卫生院承担了大量基本医疗护理和慢病管理工作,但在这种新形势下,乡镇卫生院护理工作仍存在一些不容忽视的问题。该文就新形势下乡镇卫生院护理工作存在问题与对策研究进行综述,旨在提高乡镇卫生院护理工作质量,提高基层群众的就医感受,促进乡镇卫生院护理工作的可持续发展。
With the implementation of the National Health China Strategy,it is required to comprehensively establish a basic medical and health system with Chinese characteristics. Township hospitals undertake a large number of basic medical care and chronic disease management,but in this new situation,township health care work still face some problems that cannot be ignored. This paper reviews the problems and countermeasures of nursing work in township hospitals under the new situation,aiming at improving the quality of nursing work in township hospitals,improving the medical experience of grassroots people,and promoting the sustainable development of nursing work in township hospitals.
