摘要 高聚物注浆材料具有快速成型性、可控性、环保安全、防水抗渗强、膨胀率高和耐久性好等特性,在公路桥梁等基础工程建设中,已成为一种具有较好综合性能的材料。该材料通过把高聚物材料注射到基层或者路基中,利用高聚物材料在发生化学反应之后体积能够快速膨胀并且固化的特性,实现堵漏防渗、填充脱空以及加固路基的维修效果。本文通过分析高聚物注浆材料的工程特征来探讨其在公路维修中的应用,以期为公路快速维修提供参考。 High polymer grouting material with rapid formability、controllability、environmentally safe、waterproof and impervious, high expansion ratio and good durability, in the construction of basic projects such as highway bridges, has become a material with better comprehensive performance. The material is injected into the substrate or subgrade by injecting the polymer material. The use of high polymer materials to rapidly expand and solidify after a chemical reaction, to achieve plugging and seepage prevention、fill the void and reinforce the maintenance effect of the subgrade. In this paper, the application of polymer grouting materials is analyzed to explore its application in highway maintenance,In order to provide reference for rapid road maintenance.
