摘要
目的探讨激光光凝术治疗眼底病的疗效观察及并发症的防治效果.方法选取我院(2015年1月至2018年1月)收治的眼底病患者92例(92眼),根据不同治疗方法分为两组,对照组(n=46,46眼)接受常规药物治疗,观察组(n=46,46眼)接受视网膜激光光凝术治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效和治疗前后中心凹容积、黄斑区视网膜厚度以及视力改善情况和不良反应发生率.结果两组患者临床疗效对比差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后观察组中心凹容积和黄斑区视网膜厚度明显大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组视力提高比例明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论应及时防治并发症,在术前和术后应做好充分准备,开导患者,缓解不良心理,并为其讲解激光光凝术的原理、优势、安全性等,树立治疗信心,同时详细了解患者的病史、视力、视网膜功能,积极预防术后并发症,促进患者早日康复.
Objective To investigate the effect of laser photocoagulation on fundus diseases and the prevention and treatment of complications. Methods 92 patients (92 eyes) with fundus diseases in our hospital (January 2015-January 2018) were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods. The control group (n=46, 46 eyes) received routine drug treatment, and the observation group (n=46, 46 eyes) received retinal laser photocoagulation. The clinical efficacy, fovea volume, macular retinal thickness and visual acuity were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Efforts to improve the situation and the incidence of adverse reactions. Results There was significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups (P< 0.05). After treatment, the central fovea volume and macular retinal thickness in the observation group were significantly larger than those in the control group (P< 0.05). The visual acuity improvement rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P< 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P< 0.05). Conclusion The complications should be prevented and cured in time. The patients should be fully prepared before and after operation to alleviate their unhealthy psychology. The principle, advantages and safety of laser photocoagulation should be explained, and the confidence of treatment should be established. At the same time, the patient's medical history, vision and retinal function should be understood in detail, and the complications after operation should be prevented actively, so as to promote the early recovery of the patients.
