摘要
目的探讨综合医院癌痛护理团队在老年癌痛患者疼痛规范化护理中的应用效果。方法方便选取2016年12月—2017年12月72例老年癌痛患者为该次研究主体,根据抽签法分为观察组(36例)和对照组(36例)。对照组使用常规护理,观察组使用癌痛护理团队实施的规范化护理,比较两组患者生活质量、疼痛影响、疼痛程度。结果两组护理前,其疼痛影响、疼痛强度评分对比均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组护理后过去1d平均疼痛为(1.49±0.71)分,对照组为(2.79±1.56)分,观察组日常生活为(2.11±1.26)分,日常工作为(1.92±0.56)分,对照组分别为(3.99±1.39)分、(3.78±1.63)分。两组护理后整体生活质量(整体生活质量、认知功能、社会功能、躯体功能)高于对照组(t=4.551,P=0.000;t=6.013,P=0.001;t=6.475,P=0.001;t=8.986,P=0.000)。结论在老年癌痛患者护理中应用癌痛护理团队规范化护理,可减轻疼痛影响及疼痛强度,提升其生活质量,临床应用及推广价值极高。
Objective To observe the application effect of general hospital cancer pain nursing team in the standardized nursing of pain in elderly patients with cancer pain. Methods From December 2016 to December 2017, 72 elderly patients with cancer pain were convenient included in the study. They were divided into observation group (36 cases) and control group (36 cases) according to the sampling method. The control group used routine nursing, and the observation group used standardized nursing performed by the cancer pain nursing team to compare the quality of life, pain effects, and pain level of the two groups. Results Before the two groups of nursing, there was no significant difference in pain and pain intensity scores (P>0.05). The average pain in the observation group was (1.49±0.71) points and the control group was (2.79±1.56)points. The daily life of the observation group was (2.11±1.26)points, the daily work was (1.92±0.56)points, and the control group was (3.99±1.39)points and (3.78±1.63)points. The overall quality of life (holistic quality of life, cognitive function, social function, and physical function) of the two groups was higher than that of the control group (t=4.551, P=0.000;t=6.013, P=0.001;t=6.475, P=0.001;t=8.986, P=0.000). Conclusion The application of standardized nursing care in the care of elderly patients with cancer pain can reduce the impact of pain and pain intensity, improve their quality of life, and have high clinical application and promotion value.
