摘要
针对压铸模具大型抽芯成型位投影面积大、抱紧力大以及存在液压油缸抽不出或抽芯卡死等问题,设计了一种液压油缸与楔紧块结合的二次抽芯机构。首先利用开模力推动楔紧块,实现抽芯第一次抽出;然后利用液压油缸,实现第二次抽出,此种机构保证了大型抽芯作业连续性。
Aiming at the problems of large projection area,large holding force and the problem that the hydraulic cylinder can not be pumped out or the core is stuck, the secondary core-pulling mechanism combined with the hydraulic cylinder and the wedge block is designed. Firstly, the clamping force is used to push the wedge block to realize the first extraction of the core. Then the hydraulic cylinder is used to realize the second extraction.This mechanism ensures the continuity of the large core pulling operation.
