摘要
随着现代化工业发展,铝合金逐渐成为工业制造中应用最为广泛的金属结构材料,并且在航天航空、汽车以及船舶等行业中的应用范围都在不断扩大。铝合金作为目前应用最多的合金,虽然发展年限较短,但有着良好的发展前景,为我国机械制造工业提供了更多的可能性。首先通过实例对铝合金零件结构与特点进行简要分析;其次,对铝合金零件加工难点展开论述;最后,针对铝合金零件加工难点提出应对策略与建议。
With the development of modern industry,aluminum alloy has gradually become the most widely used metal structural material in industrial manufacturing, and its application range in aerospace, automotive and marine industries is expanding. As the most widely used alloy, aluminum alloy has a short development period, but it has a good development prospect, which provides more possibilities for China’s machinery manufacturing industry. Firstly, the structure and characteristics of aluminum alloy parts are briefly analyzed by examples. Secondly,the difficulties in processing aluminum alloy parts are discussed.Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions for the processing difficulties of aluminum alloy parts are proposed.
