La-HY-SBA-15分子筛催化苯酚甲醇烷基化

摘要 采用浸渍法制备了La-HY-SBA-15分子筛,用XRD、BET等对La-HY-SBA-15分子筛的孔结构和酸性质进行了表征。在小型固定床反应装置上,考察了La-HY-SBA-15分子筛催苯酚甲醇烷基化反应性能。结果发现,La改性HY-SBA-15分子筛,仍保持微介孔结构,总酸量增加、酸强度减弱;在温度为440℃,n(苯酚)∶n(甲醇)=1∶4,WHSV=2h^-1时,苯酚的转化率为87.8%,邻甲酚的选择性为80.5%。 La-HY-SBA-15 zeolite prepared by impregnation method was used to catalyze alkylation of phenol with methanol in a fixed-bed reactor. The porous structure and acid property were characterized by XRD,BET and so on.The results showed that La-HY-SBA-15 zeolite had micro-mesoporous structures.HY-SBA-15 modified by La increased the amount of total acid,while the acid strength was weakened.When reaction temperature was 440 ℃,phenol/methanol(molar ratio)was1∶4,WHSV was 2.0 h-1,the conversation of phenol was 87.8%,the selectivity of o-cresol was80.5%.
