摘要
针对我国水利行业项目建设中存在的问题,提出在水利基础设施建设中引入PPP模式,从必要性及可行性进行论述。结合水利勘察设计企业发展方向和动态,就其建设模式和PPP运用进行分析,研究水利勘测企业参与PPP项目路径及保障措施,为推进PPP模式在我国水利基础设施建设中的应用与发展提供借鉴参考。
In view of the existing problems in the construction of water conservancy projects in China, this paper puts forward the introduction of PPP mode in the construction of water conservancy infrastructure, and discusses the necessity and feasibility. Combined with the development direction and dynamics of water conservancy survey and design enterprises, it analyzes the construction mode and PPP application, and studies the ways for water conservancy survey enterprises to participate in PPP projects and safeguard measures, intending to provide reference for promoting the application and development of PPP model in water infrastructure construction in China.
