摘要
评估高密度城市闲置屋顶农业化改造的可行性和潜力,有助于可持续城市规划和项目实施。以我国城市建设现状为前提,试建一套屋顶农业适建性评估标准体系及遥感结合地理信息系统的评估方法,以天津市中心城区某街道作为评估环境,并分析其经济、环境、社会可持续潜力。结果显示24.4%的屋顶适建农业,蔬菜自给率达48%,减少运输碳排放3461t,提供约190个就业岗位。表明该方法的可行性,为未来城市屋顶农业规划和实施提供方法支持和决策依据。
It is helpful to evaluate the feasibility and potential of the idle roof agro-reconstruction in high-density cities,which can help the sustainable urban planning and projects implementation. Based on the present situation of urban construction in China,a set of roof agricultural fitness assessment standard system is proposed as well as the evaluation method of remote sensing technology and geographic information system. Taking a street in the central city of Tianjin as evaluation environment,its economic environmental and social sustainable potential are analyzed. The results shows that 24 percent of the buildings in the area are suitable for roof farming,the vegetable feed rate increased 48% and the transportation carbon emissions reduces 3461 tons,and providing about 190 jobs. This paper shows the feasibility of this method and provides the method support and decision basis for the planning and implementation of urban roof farming in the future.
