摘要 目的探讨降钙素原(PCT)与细菌培养联合检测在急性乳腺炎诊治中的应用.方法收集2017年9~10月江西省新余市中医院乳腺病科收治的门诊与住院女性急性乳腺炎患者共35例,同时送检血液和脓液标本,进行PCT和细菌培养检测.结果血液培养阳性率为20.01%,脓液培养阳性率为90.91%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.005);PCT阳性率为74.30%,与血培养结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.005),与脓液培养结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 PCT与细菌培养联合检测能够为临床诊治急性乳腺炎提供实验依据,对应用抗生素治疗具有指导作用. Objective To explore the application of combined detection of procalcitonin(PCT) and bacterial culture in the diagnosis and treatment of acute mastitis. Methods A total of 35 outpatients and hospitalized female acute mastitis patients admitted to our Department from September to October 2017 were enrolled. Blood and pus samples were collected for PCT and bacterial culture tests. Results The positive rate of blood culture was 20.01%, and the positive rate of pus culture was 90.91%. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.005). The positive rate of PCT was 74.30%. Compared with the results of blood culture, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.005). Compared with the results of pus culture, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion The combined detection of PCT and bacterial culture can provide experimental basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of acute mastitis, and has a guiding role in the application of antibiotic therapy.
