摘要 目的分析学生标准化病人情景模拟教学在基础护理学实训教学中的应用模式和效果。方法将我院的104名高职护理学生作为本次研究的主要对象,将其划分为观察组和对照组,每组各52名。对照组采用传统实训教学,观察组采用学生标准化病人情景模拟教学法。选择其中的模仿能力出色的学生作为待培训人员,在具体的教学实施当中,还原临床的真实情景。比较两组学生的操作考试成绩,分析该教学方案的有效性。结果观察组学生的平均考试成绩为(89.3±2.7)分,对照组学生的平均考试成绩为(82.5±2.4)分,组间数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(t=5.680,P<0.05)。结论学生标准化病人情景模拟教学能够保障教学质量,通过模拟情境的方式来提升护理知识的掌握程度。 Objective To analyze the application mode and effect of the student standardized patient scenario simulation teaching in the practical teaching of basic nursing. Methods 104 high-care nursing students in our hospital were the main subjects of this study, and they were divided into observation group and control group, with 52 students in each group. The control group adopts traditional training teaching, while the observation group adopts students' standardized patient scenario simulation teaching method. Students with excellent imitation ability are selected as the trainees to restore the real clinical situation in the specific teaching implementation. The results of the two groups were compared and the effectiveness of the teaching plan was analyzed. Results The average test score of the students in the observation group was (89.3±2.7) points. The average test score of the control group was (82.5±2.4) points. There was significant difference between the two groups (t=5.680, P < 0.05). Conclusion The students' standardized patient situation simulation teaching can guarantee the teaching quality and improve the nursing knowledge by simulating the situation.
