野生猕猴桃对大鼠酒精性脑损伤的抗氧化作用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究宜宾县野生猕猴桃对大鼠酒精性脑损伤的抗氧化作用。方法将50只雄性SD大鼠随机均分为对照组、模型组、野生猕猴桃低、中、高剂量组5组。正常组给予等量0.9%氯化钠溶液,其余组灌胃56°红星二锅头,每天1次,第1周给予8ml/(kg·d),第2周给予10ml/(kg·d),建立大鼠脑损伤模型。低、中、高剂量组每天分别给予含10%、30%、50%比例野生猕猴桃饲料。14d后检测大鼠血清和脑组织氧化应激水平,HE染色观察脑病理变化。结果与模型组比较,野生猕猴桃能显著提高酒精性脑损伤大鼠血清和脑超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性(P<0.001),降低血清和脑丙二醛(MDA)含量(P<0.001),并呈现一定剂量效应关系。结论野生猕猴桃可以提高机体抗氧化能力,对大鼠酒精性脑损伤具有保护作用。 Objective To observe the antioxidation effect of Wild Kiwifruit on alcoholic brain injury in rats.Methods 50 male SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups,including normal group,model group,low,medium and high-dose wild kiwifruit groups.The normal group was given the same amount of normal saline,and other groups were given 56°Red Star Erguotou by gavage to establish the alcoholic brain injury model,8 ml/kg for first week,and 10 ml/kg for the second week once a day.The low,medium and high-dose wild kiwifruit groups was fed with 10%,30%,50%concentration of wild kiwifruit.The oxidative stress level were measured after 14 days,and pathological changes of brain were observed by HE staining.Results Compared with the model group,wild kiwifruit could significantly increase activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)in serum and brain homogenate,activity of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)in serum(P<0.001),and reduce malondialdehyde(MDA)contents in serum and brain homogenate(P<0.001),and the results indicated the dose-effect relationship between the SOD,GSH-Px,MDA and the wild kiwifruit concentration in feed.Conclusion Wild kiwifruit might have protection effects on alcoholic brain injury by increasing the antioxidant capacity.
