卫星姿控动力学地面仿真测试系统设计

摘要 在一个卫星姿控分系统的研制过程中,需要进行大量的闭环仿真和测试。所以,针对姿控大量的仿真和测试需求,文中设计了一整套卫星姿控动力学地面仿真测试系统。系统是一个基于网络和光纤反射内存的实时闭环仿真系统,系统主要由动力学监显、数据实时采集模拟系统、数据库、动力学仿真机组成。系统以Simulink/XPC实时仿真系统为基本框架,将整个仿真系统搭建为一个基于Simulink/XPC的实时快速仿真系统。其中,动力学监显是基于XPC卫星动力学模型以及网络和光纤反射内存而实现数据显示、存储和转发的。卫星动力学仿真机运行动力学仿真模型,并发布敏感器数据和监听来自执行机构的数据。其次,基于为了保证地面仿真测试系统与卫星之间的通信不失真的目的。采用数据实时采集模拟系统来实现星载计算机与动力学仿真模型之间的数据通信。通过实际的工程实践,此卫星姿控动力学地面仿真测试系统已在多个卫星工程中得以良好地应用。 In the process of developing a satellite attitude control subsystem,a lot of closed- loop simulation and test are needed. In order to meet a large number of needs which about the simulation and testing of attitude control. The satellite ground test system about attitude control dynamics simulation is designed. The system is a real-time closed-loop simulation system which based on network and fiber reflection memory. It is mainly consisted by dynamic supervision,real-time data acquisition simulation system,database and dynamic simulator. The system uses Simulink/XPC real-time simulation system as the basic framework. And the whole simulation system is built as a real-time and fast simulation system and it based on Simulink/XPC. The dynamic academic supervision is based on XPC satellite dynamics model, network and optical fiber reflection memory which in order to data display, storage and forwarding. Dynamics instruction run the model of satellite dynamics simulation,and it release sensor data and monitor data from executing agencies. In order to ensure the data which communicate between ground simulation test system and the satellite is not distortion. The data real time acquisition simulation system is mainly used for data communication between the satellite computer and the dynamic simulation model. This satellite ground test system about attitude control dynamics simulation has well application in several satellite engineering practice.
