水杨酸对东北刺人参黄酮和蒽醌积累的影响 被引量:3

摘要 试验研究了水杨酸(SA)处理浓度与处理时间对东北刺人参不定根黄酮类和蒽醌类物质积累的影响。结果表明:当SA处理浓度为100 μmol/L时,黄酮类物质槲皮素与山奈素含量达到最大值,分别为121.57和110.27 μg/g,蒽醌类物质芦荟大黄素、大黄酸和大黄素也达到最大值,分别为56.04、302.86和97.55 μg/g;SA处理时间也对不定根黄酮类和蒽醌类物质的积累有影响,当处理时间为8 d时,黄酮类物质槲皮素和山奈素含量达到最大,分别为134.99和117.06 μg/g,蒽醌类物质芦荟大黄素、大黄酸和大黄素也达到最大值,分别为70.41、737.05和105.7 μg/g。因此,SA处理浓度为100 μmol/L、处理时间为8 d时,可有效提高东北刺人参不定根中黄酮类和蒽醌类物质的含量。 The effect of the concentration and the treatment time of salicylic acid (SA) on accumulation of flavonoids and anthraquinones in Oplopanax elatus adventitious root was explored in this experiment. The results showed that when the content of was 100 μmol/L, the contents of quercetin and kaempferol in O. elatus adventitious roots reached the maximum, 121.57 and 110.27 μg/g, respectively;the contents of aloe-emodin, rhein and emodin also reached the maximum under the same conditions, 56.04, 302.86 and 97.55 μg/g, respectively. The treatment time of SA could also influence the content of flavonoids and anthraquinones in adventitious roots. The contents of quercetin and kaempferol reached the maximum, which were 134.99 and 117.06 μg/g, respectively, and the contents of aloe-emodin, rhein and emodin reached the maximum, which were 70.41, 737.05 and 105.7 μg/g, respectively after treated with SA for 8 days. Consequently, The content of flavonoids and anthraquinones in O. elatus adventitious root could be effectively increased when the concentration of SA was 100 μmol/L and the treatment time was 8 days..
