摘要 为了分析对比不同加载元件下泵控马达液压系统压力响应快速性;通过Simulink软件建模仿真方式研究对比电磁比例溢流阀、磁粉制动器、加载齿轮泵、鼓式制动器四种加载元件在同一工况下加载时机电液系统压力响应快速性;研究结果得到不同加载元件对泵控马达液压系统进行负载模拟加载时系统压力响应的快速性量值,对比出不同加载元件加载系统压力响应快速性不同。这一研究成果为后续合理选择模拟负载加载元件提供理论参考。 In order to analyze and compare the speed of pressure dynamic response of pump controlled motor hydraulic system under different loading elements,through Simulink software modeling and simulation,this paper studies and compares the speed of dynamic response of electro-hydraulic system pressure when four loading components are loaded under the same working condition: electromagnetic proportional overflow valve,magnetic powder brake,loading gear pump and drum brake;The speediness of pressure response of pump-controlled motor hydraulic system under load simulation by different loading elements is obtained,it is concluded that different loading components have different pressure response rapidity.This research result provides a theoretical reference for the subsequent selection of simulation load elements.
