摘要
本文论述了一种针对电气自动化专业实验教学的多功能教学一体机。设备采用西门子S7-200PLC作为控制器,连接触摸屏、伺服控制器、温度变送器和变频控制器等模块,分别控制伺服电机、步进电机的运行和测温探头的运行和采样。该设备体积小,如台式电脑的体积,成本仅为现在普遍使用的大体积电气PLC实验台的价格的1/10,学习者可以安全轻松系统地学习电气自动化主要的专业知识和技能。
This paper describes a multi-functional teaching integrated machine for experimental teaching of electrical automation specialty.Siemens S7-200 PLC is used as the controller,which connects touch screen,servo controller,temperature transmitter and frequency converter to control the operation of servo motor,stepper motor and temperature probe respectively.The equipment is small,such as desktop computer,and the cost is only 1/10 of the price of the large-scale electrical PLC experimental platform which is widely used nowadays.Learners can safely and easily learn the main professional knowledge and skills of electrical automation systematically.
