摘要
为研究碟盘刀具主要结构参数对其刚度与模态的影响,将碟盘刀具等效为悬臂梁,利用差分法构建了碟盘刀具刚度的计算模型,采用ABAQUS有限元分析软件建立碟盘刀具与刀轴的三维实体模型,运用Lanczos算法分析了不同结构碟盘刀具的模态,获得碟盘刀具的固有频率和模态振型等参数。结果表明:碟盘刀具近似刚度和固有频率均与楔面角度及半径负相关;碟盘刀具振型主要集中在楔面部分,从边缘到中心变形量逐渐减小,第4阶变形量达到最大;固有频率与振型均在第1阶至第2阶、第3阶至第4阶、第5阶至第6阶三处变化剧烈。该研究为完善碟盘刀具的结构设计提供了借鉴。
This paper describes a novel study directed at investigating the effect of the main structural parameters of the disc cutter on its stiffness and modal.The study involves making the disc cutter equivalent to a cantilever beam,developing the calculation model of the disc cutter stiffness using the difference method,building the three-dimensional solid model of the disc cutter and the cutter shaft using ABAQUS finite element analysis software,analyzing the modal of the disc cutter with different structures using Lanczos algorithm,and thereby achieving the natural frequency,modal shape and other parameters of the disc cutter.The results show that the approximate stiffness and natural frequency of the disc cutter are negatively correlated with the wedge angle and radius.The vibration modes of disc cutters are mainly concentrated on the wedge surface,and the deformation decreases gradually from the edge to the center,with the fourth-order deformation reaching the maximum.The natural frequencies and vibration modes vary greatly from 1st to 2nd,3rd to 4th,5th to 6th.This research could provide a reference for improving the structural design of disc cutters.
