摘要 以循环流化床粉煤灰“一步酸溶法”提取氧化铝后产生的高硅尾渣白泥为主要原料制备蒸压砖,利用XRF、XRD研究了白泥的化学组成、物相组成,同时探讨了白泥、石灰、石膏、水泥以及骨料掺量对蒸压砖抗压强度的影响。结果表明:白泥主要由无定形SiO2与Al2O3组成;高硅尾渣的掺量越大,制品的抗压强度越低;石灰、石膏、骨料掺量在一定范围内可提高制品强度;水泥的掺加可提高制品的抗压强度。 Autoclaved brick was prepared by using high silicon tailings white mud produced by extracting alumina from acidtreated CFB fly ash as raw materials. The chemical composition and phase composition of the white mud were characterized by XRF and XRD. The influence of white mud,lime,gypsum,cement and aggregate content on the compressive strength of autoclaved brick were also discussed. It was shown that the white mud is mainly composed of amorphous SiO2 and Al2O3. The compressive strength of autoclaved brick decreases as the white mud concentration increases. In some degree,lime,gypsum and aggregate content can improve the compressive strength of autoclaved brick. The compressive strength of autoclaved brick improves with increase of amount of cement.
