摘要
目的:观察和分析注射用重组人干扰素α-1b雾化吸入在小儿甲型流感病毒性肺炎中的临床治疗效果。方法:从2018年5月1日-2019年3月31日选取46例甲型流感病毒性肺炎患儿作为本次临床试验研究的观察与分析对象,按照入院时间的先后顺序将这46例患儿分为各23例的对照组和观察组,对照组实施常规对症治疗,观察组在常规对症治疗的基础上给予注射用重组人干扰素α-1b雾化吸入治疗,比较两组临床治疗总有效率、相关临床症状消失时间。结果:观察组的临床治疗总有效率为95.65%,比对照组的82.61%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组咳嗽、气促、啰音消失和退热时间均明显短于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将注射用重组人干扰素α-1b雾化吸入应用到小儿甲型流感病毒性肺炎中,能够显著改善和提高临床治疗效果,缩短临床症状消失时间,值得进行临床推广应用。
Objective:To observe and analyze the therapeutic effect of Recombinant Human Interferon α-1b atomization inhalation in children with influenza A virus pneumonia.Method:From May 1,2018 to March 31,2019,46 cases of influenza A virus pneumonia children were selected as the research object of observation and analysis of clinical trials,according to chronological sequence of admission that 46 cases were divided into 23 cases of the control group and the observation group,the control group implementation of conventional symptomatic treatment,the observation group on the basis of conventional symptomatic treatment to give Recombinant Human Interferon α-1B for Injection for atomization inhalation therapy,two groups of clinical total effective rate and related clinical symptoms disappear time were compared.Result:The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.65%,which was significantly higher than 82.61% of the control group(P<0.05).The time of cough,shortness of breath,disappearance of rale and fever in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nebulized inhalation of Recombinant Human Interferon α-1b for Injection in children with influenza A virus pneumonia can significantly improve and improve the clinical treatment effect and shorten the time of disappearance of clinical symptoms in children,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
