摘要
目的:分析绩效考核的实施对急诊综合病区护士心理状态及护理质量的影响。方法:选取笔者所在医院2018年1月-2019年1月的30例急诊综合病区护士,其中2018年1-6月未实施绩效考核,2018年7月-2019年1月实施绩效考核。对实施前后护士心理状态及护理质量进行比较。结果:实施绩效考核后,护士各项SCL-90评分均低于实施前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施绩效考核后,护士各项护理质量评分均高于实施前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施绩效考核后,患者护理满意度为90.00%,高于实施前的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对急诊综合病区护士实施护理绩效考核能够减轻护士工作压力,提高护理工作质量,还能有效提升患者护理满意度,值得临床推广使用。
Objective:To analyze the influence of performance appraisal on the psychological state and nursing quality of nurses in emergency comprehensive ward.Method:Thirty nurses in emergency comprehensive ward of our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected.Performance appraisal was not implemented from January to June 2018,and was implemented in July 2018 to January 2019.The psychological state and nursing quality of nurses before and after implementation were compared.Result:After the implementation of performance appraisal,the scores of SCL-90 of nurses were lower than that before implementation(P<0.05).After the implementation of performance appraisal,the nursing quality scores of nurses were higher than those before implementation(P<0.05).After the implementation of performance appraisal,the nursing satisfaction rate of patients was 90.00%,which was higher than 70.00%before implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of nursing performance assessment for nurses in emergency comprehensive ward can reduce the nurses’ work stress,improve the quality of nursing work,and effectively improve patient care satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
