摘要
线栓法是最常用的制备大脑中动脉缺血(MCAO)再灌注模型的方法。与开颅机械栓塞法、微栓子栓塞法、气囊栓塞法、光化学诱导血栓形成法等方法相比,线栓法不需要开颅,亦不需要特殊设备,损伤相对较小,对生理指标影响较小,是目前被广泛采用的MCAO再灌注模型制备方法。但该方法影响因素多,模型制备差异大,手术操作难度较大。在模型的制备过程中,实验动物、栓线材料、操作方法的选择及术后护理等均对模型的稳定和成功建立有较大影响。
Suture-occluded method is the most commonly used middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO) of ischemia reperfusion model method.Compared with mechanical occlusion craniotomy,micro embolus embolism,air embolism,photochemical induced thrombosis,suture-occluded method needs no craniotomy nor special equipment,and has small injury and less effect on physiological indexes,therefore is currently the most suitable standard preparative methods of MCAO ischemia reperfusion model.However,this method is difficult to operate due to its multiple influencing factors and large differences in model preparation.During the model preparation,the experimental animals,sulture thread materials,selection of operation methods and postoperative nursing all have great influence on the stability and successful establishment of the model.
