摘要
为了保证电镀废水处理工艺的安全性,首先采用危险与可操作性分析(HAZOP)方法定性辨识工艺中潜在的危险和危害,并提出安全对策措施;然后采用保护层分析(LOPA)方法定量计算现有保护措施是否能够将风险控制在可接受范围;如果风险较高,通过增加安全仪表等级(SIL)降低风险值。并通过实例分析证明HAZOP-LOPA分析方法能够有效地实现电镀废水处理工艺的风险评价。
The wastewater generated during the electroplating process contains toxic cyanide and can cause accidents like fire and explosion. In order to ensure the safety of the electroplating wastewater treatment process, the Hazard and Operability Analysis (HAZOP) method is first used to identify the hazards in the process, and safety measures are then proposed. Then the Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA) method is used to quantitatively evaluate the existing protection measures whether can control the risk within an acceptable range or not. If the risk is high, the risk value would be reduced by increasing the Safety Instrument Level (SIL). Finally, a case analysis shows that HAZOP-LOPA analysis method can effectively realize the risk assessment of electroplating wastewater treatment process.
