摘要
针对传统直放站的增益控制困难且容易产生自激等问题,提出了一种具有自动增益控制和防自激的LTE微型直放站的设计方法。该款微型直放站采用噪声系数小、增益高的SGA8343芯片和单片机来实现,其上行频段为1 710~1 785 MHz,下行频段为1 805~1 880 MHz。对该款微型直放站的RF电路、ATT衰减电路、AGC控制电路和单片机控制电路进行了介绍,对微型直放站进行了测试与分析。测试结果表明,下行增益约为75 dB,上行增益约为80 dB,平坦度小于6 dB(p-p),噪声系数小于6 dB,可以满足在实际工程中的应用要求。
In view of the difficulty of gain control and the problem of self-excitation,a design method of LTE micro repeater with automatic gain control and anti-self-excitation is proposed.The micro repeater is realized by SGA8343 with low noise coefficient and high-gain chip and MCU.Its upstream frequency band is 1 710~1 785 MHz,and the downstream frequency band is 1 805~1 880 MHz.The RF circuit,ATT attenuation circuit,AGC control circuit and MCU control circuit of the miniature repeater are introduced,and the micro repeater is tested and analyzed.The test results show that the downlink gain is about 75 dB,the uplink gain is about 80 dB,the flatness is less than 6 dB(p-p),and the noise figure is less than 6 dB.The designed micro repeater can meet the application requirements in practical engineering.
