高频胸壁振荡排痰对小儿肺炎喘嗽的辅助治疗观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的:研究高频胸壁振荡排痰对于小儿肺炎喘嗽的辅助治疗。方法:在儿科选取肺炎喘嗽患儿120例为研究对象,均采取补液、抗感染、雾化排痰等治疗,随机分成两组,对照组(n=60例)采用人工叩背排痰,观察组(n=60例)采用高频胸壁振荡排痰,比较两组患儿采用不同排痰方法后的临床疗效,咳嗽症状消失时间、肺部湿啰音消失时间、气促消失时间、每日排痰量和患儿依从性。结果:观察组患儿采用高频胸壁振荡排痰后总疗效率为91.67%,明显高于对照组总疗效率(73.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组咳嗽症状消失时间、气促消失时间、肺部湿啰音消失时间均较对照组患儿缩短,观察组患儿每日排痰量多于对照组,观察组患儿依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肺炎喘嗽患儿在对症治疗的同时采用高频胸壁振荡排痰能有效促进痰液排出,提高疗效,依从性高,操作简便,值得临床推广。
