摘要
本文主要讨论了波纹金属软管在海上风电项目闭式循环水冷系统中的应用。针对波纹金属软管漏水失效问题的原因,进行了形貌分析、EDS分析、金相分析、硬度分析和化学成分的分析。结果表明,在海洋性环境中,波纹管表面易引起氯离子富集发生点蚀,同时波纹管表面钝化膜的破坏加速了点蚀泄漏。同时,提出了相应的预防措施和建议。
The application of corrugated metal hose in closed-type recycle water cooling system of offshore wind power project was discussed.And the leakage failure reason was analyzed by means of morphology,EDS,metallographic,hardness and chemical composition.The results indicated that,in a marine environment,the surface of bellows was easy to enrich chloride ion and pitting corrosion that was accelerated by destroyed passive films.Meanwhile,relative preventive measurements and suggestions were put forward.
