摘要
介绍了电渗析法胺液净化技术的应用和改进情况。简述了电渗析法胺液净化技术的原理及工艺流程,针对运行过程中出现的问题提出解决措施。结果表明,电渗析法净化胺液具有效率高、污染少、风险低等特点,经过改进实现了全自动运行。胺液中的ρ(Cl^-)由15.24g/L下降到1.08g/L,ρ(Na^+)由8.3g/L降至1.2g/L,热稳定性盐质量分数由4.03%下降至1.46%,达到了预期效果。
The application and improvement of electrodialysis ammonia purification technology are introduced. The principle and technological process of electrodialysis ammonia purification technology are briefly described, and the measures to solve the problems in operation are put forward. The results show that the electrodialysis method has the characteristics of high efficiency, less pollution and low risk. The automatic operation has been realized after improvemen. The content of Cl^- decreases from 15.24 g/L to 1.08 mg/L, and the content of Na^+ decreases from 8.3 g/L to 1.2 g/L, and the content of heat-stable salts has been reduced from 4.03% to 1.46%, and reached the expectation effect.
